Edward Cullinan, CBE, (born 17 July 1931) is a British architect.

Cullinan was educated at Cambridge University, the Architectural Association and UC Berkeley before working for Denys Lasdun where he designed the student residences for the University of East Anglia.

Cullinan's practice, Edward Cullinan Architects, was founded in 1965. Notable projects include the Fountains Abbey Visitor Centre (completed 1992), the Cambridge University Centre for Mathematical Sciences (completed 2000), and the Weald and Downland Gridshell (2002), which was nominated for the Stirling Prize.

Ted Cullinan is currently a visiting Professor at the University of Nottingham, and has been awarded four other professorships at The Bartlett (1978-9), Sheffield University (1985-87), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1985) and Edinburgh University (1987-90).

Edward Cullinan has been awarded the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) 2008 Gold Medal.

Cullainan is married to Rosalind, daughter of Norah and Victor Maslin Yeates.
